Our Vision

What is being proposed?

We’re proposing a carefully designed, landscape-led scheme that would deliver a mix of new homes for sale, rent, and shared ownership. The proposals include:

A range of house types and sizes to suit local needs

A minimum of 40% affordable housing, in line with local policy

  • 75% of affordable homes for rent
  • 25% available as shared ownership

A landscape led design that retains mature trees and introduces new planting, footpaths, and green corridors

Safe and sustainable walking and cycling links throughout the site

Vehicular access from Taunton Avenue, via Phase 2 of Hermitage Park

The existing public right of way (KB47) will remain unaffected
