Croudace Homes is committed to engaging with the local community at an early stage in the planning process. This consultation provides an opportunity to understand the plans, speak to the team, and share your thoughts before a planning application is submitted.

Public Consultation Event

We’re holding an in-person consultation event where residents, local stakeholders and community representatives can view the proposals, speak with the project team, and provide feedback.

Hermitage Park Community Centre
Saturday 15th November 2025
2:00pm – 7:00pm

The event will include display boards, printed feedback forms, and members of the Croudace and consultant team available to answer any questions.
